SEECS FACULTY WINS ERASMUS+ GRANT FOR JOINT PROJECT
We congratulate SEECS faculty research team, led by Principal Investigator Dr Rafia Mumtaz, for winning a three-year Erasmus+ research grant for a joint project titled, “Capacity Building for Digital Health Monitoring and Care Systems in Asia-DigiHealth-Asia.” The Co-PIs of the project are Dr Syed Ali Hassan, Dr Umair Hashmi and Dr Syed Mohammad Hassan Zaidi.
The project is a collaboration between research teams from Pakistan, Belgium, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
HABIB METROPOLITAN BANK JOINS NUST IN RESHAPING FUTURES
A new chapter in the journey of NUST Endowment for Educational Development (NEED) Initiative has recently been opened through partnership with Habib Metropolitan Bank.
As a first step in joint collaboration, the organisation has graciously extended support for two financially challenged students at NUST by establishing ‘Habib Metro Scholarship Award.’ During the agreement signing ceremony held on September 15, 2020 at NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad, Head of Retail Habib Metropolitan Bank, Mr Ahmed Shah Durrani vowed to take the partnership further on multiple domains.
His delegation also included Head of Corporate Communication Ms Sheeza Ahmed, Head of Human Resources Mr Asad Ali, Zonal Head Mr Riaz Khan Jamali, Area Head Mr M Zeshan Khan and Branch Manager Ms Aroo
